Privacy Policy

Case Tracker File is operated by RUBYNAV INC. Effective October 25, 2026. This policy describes the current development build; features that are not enabled do not collect data.

Device case files: nicknames, agencies, case identifiers and creation dates are stored on your device with iOS file protection. Device backups may include these files, depending on your Apple settings. You can delete a case or all local data in Settings.

Optional cloud accounts: if cloud services are configured and you sign up, your email and authentication information are processed by Supabase. New sign-up optionally collects first name, last name, phone number, ZIP or postal code, county or district, state or region, and country as private account profile metadata for account and support context. Phone numbers are not verified and do not enroll you in SMS updates. These profile details are removed with active account deletion; provider backups follow provider retention policies. Session tokens are stored in the iOS Keychain. Case identifiers and nicknames are uploaded only when you choose to upload an authorized case. Railway hosts the API; Supabase stores account and case records. These providers process the information needed to operate their services.

Passwords are sent securely for sign-in or identity verification, and are not intentionally stored or logged by the Case Tracker File API. Do not add cases you are not authorized to manage. Government identifiers and immigration records are sensitive.

Official sources: opening a government case link shares the case information required by that source. Discover requests public USCIS and Department of Justice feeds; those sites receive ordinary connection information such as your IP address. Government websites have their own privacy policies.

Deletion: delete a cloud case in Cloud account, or delete the cloud account after password verification. Account deletion removes the account and associated case records from the active application database. Provider backup retention is subject to the provider's policies and legal requirements. Local files must be deleted separately. Signing out removes the app's local cloud session and loaded cloud records. Deletion does not cancel an Apple subscription.

The inbox stores administrator announcements, private case-status alerts and your read state. If push is enabled later, a device token is stored for delivery and generic lock-screen previews are used. No advertising, cross-app tracking, sale of personal data, or shared case analytics is enabled in the current build. Newsletter delivery, push alerts, paid subscriptions and document storage are not enabled. Any later feature will require updated disclosures as appropriate.
