Case Tracker File is an independent information and organization service operated by RUBYNAV INC. It is not affiliated with USCIS, DOJ, EOIR or another government agency, and is not a law firm.

The app does not provide legal advice, create an attorney-client relationship, file an immigration application, or guarantee an outcome. Verify hearing dates, deadlines and status information with the official agency and your representative. Official notices control.

Track only cases you own or have permission to manage. Keep your account secure. Do not use the service to enumerate case numbers, access another person's records, bypass access controls, or abuse government systems.

The current development build includes incomplete integrations and may be unavailable. Local files and cloud copies are separate. Maintain copies of important records and notices. No paid subscription can be purchased in the current development build. Any future subscription will display its price, renewal period and applicable terms before purchase.
